Clients who would rather not go through insurance may pay out of pocket. Fees vary based on length of time and the therapist’s fee schedule.

Sliding fee scale is available if necessary and may be discussed on an individual basis.

Cash, check, or credit/debit cards are accepted forms of payment.
Prior to your first appointment
• Please call your insurance company (contact numbers are found on the back of your insurance card) to verify your mental health benefits.
• You will want to tell them specifically what type of services you are seeking (e.g. individual counseling vs. family counseling) and ask the following questions:
Do I need pre-authorization?
Do I have a mental health deductible (mental health deductibles are sometimes separate from physical health)?
If so,
How much is the deductible?
Has any been met during this benefit period?
What is the effective date for my policy?
Do I have a pre-existing waiting period?
How many sessions are allowed during each benefit period?
Have any sessions been used during this period?
What is my co-pay/co-insurance responsibility?
Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $90 missed appointment fee.
